Aurum is a technical financial management and visualization tool under the "Local-First" paradigm.

No Advice: Aurum does NOT provide financial, tax, or legal advice. All information and calculations (such as retirement projections) are purely informative.
No Access to Funds: The application is not an asset manager and does not have access to your funds or your real banking credentials.

Rights: Making a donation does not grant ownership rights, control over development (roadmap), or guaranteed technical support.
Non-Refundable: As they are contributions to the development of the project, donations are not subject to refund.

Local Storage: Data is processed on your device (IndexedDB). The developers do not have technical access to your personal or financial information.
Optional Synchronization: The use of Google Drive is voluntary. The user holds their own files and can export their data manually for their own management.
Custody: You are solely responsible for the security of your device, your backups, and your access credentials to third parties.

5. Disclaimer

Aurum is offered "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The user assumes all responsibility for financial decisions made based on the use of the application.

The design, code, and Aurum brand are protected by copyright. Reproduction or commercial exploitation of the tool is prohibited without express consent.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
